Fran & Wills' Wedding Day x

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there."

Fran & Will had made their own beautiful vows, and it was a pleasure to watch this non traditional ceremony take place in a small white room filled with natural light, which made for an intimate ethereal environment.

The wedding party then made their way to the huge tent to take shelter from the rain, and thats where all the food and fun went down!

It was an amazing day, and we were thrilled to be part of it.

Fran & Will kindly had this to say about us.

"We found Jonny & Rachel through Instagram & fell instantly in love with their style. On the wedding day, they went above & beyond, all our guests commented on how great they were! The photos are gorgeous & captured the day perfectly - thanks so much guys!"

Engagement shoot - Kat & Seb !!

Kat & Seb

We love meeting up with our couples before the big day, to be honest its an essential part of what we do. For us to be able to capture a couples wedding day properly, we need to spend a bit of time getting to know their characters, what they are comfortable with, and most importantly having a laugh with them so they feel comfortable with us being involved in their wedding.

Kat & Seb were an absolute delight to hang out with, they had travelled down to Cornwall for a long weekend and so we made sure we were free to catch up and chat about their wedding. As part of hiring us as photographers, a pre wedding photoshoot is included in the price.

Here's a few of Kat & Seb at Little Fistral beach, it was great to hang out with you both and cant wait to see you again for the wedding day!

Sam & Sarah

We will keep this blog post short and sweet, as i know 99% of us have busy lifestyles (and short attention spans)

Some of the top moments from the day are..

That Sam & Sarah's first dance was choreographed, followed by a boys VS girls dance off challenge. Kind of like that Christina Aguilera music video, but less urban - remember that?... No ?

The speeches.

Coming in at no2 was the father of the bride, an absolutely hilarious speech. But at no1 was Alex the best man. After 20 minutes of what seemed to be entirely the ribbing of groom and best friend Sam, he was gently heckled off stage for dragging out his speech too long, people were hungry for their dinner and they made it known!

But most of all, it was the people we met that day, some truly inspirational lovely characters that we met in the morning as strangers, and left in the evening as friends. Its always a joy to be involved in a wedding with such genuine romance and love in the air, and thanks to Caro Hutchings (a very talented photographer friend of ours) we had the absolute pleasure of capturing it with her!
